Postage & Packaging


All orders are sent 24-48 hours. On the same day if possible! Because we are based in the UK your order will be sent by Royal Mail signed to make sure that it reaches you safely.  If you are not in when we try to deliver that's not a problem because delivery can be re arranged for a time that's convenient for you.

If you need your order a bit quicker just select 1st class postage at the checkout.

In the unlikely event that there is any delay in processing your order we will contact you by e-mail to let you know.


We like to keep things simple so offer a hassle free returns policy. Just let us know by sending a message on the 'Contact US' page and we will get straight back to you with the details.


Returns Policy

If you change your mind and no longer want your products you can cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items. In all cases of returns please follow the below simple steps

  1. Send an e-mail titled 'Returns' and your order number via our 'contact us page' explaining that you would like to return your items.
  2. Package your items in the original undamaged packaging
  3. Return your items via your local post office (please remember to retain proof of postage)
  4. Receive your refund once the items have been received.

Faulty Goods

Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of identifying the fault and remember to contact us via the 'contact us' section before your return your item(s).

Please do not use any items after a fault has been identified or we may not be able to provide a refund.
